Sangli : Program organised by ‘Shiva-Tej Mandal’ on the occasion of Shiva-Jayanti

Why picture of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is not on our currency notes when he is the true ‘Rashtrapita (father of the nation)’ of this country ? – Acharya Arya Jitendraji Maharaj

Sangli : It is said that Mohandas Gandhi did a lot for this country; but what he really did was kept hidden from people. Gandhiji was responsible for partition of this country, that followed other numerous problems; whereas because of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, every Hindu can live honorably even today. This country’s true ‘Rashtrapita’ is therefore, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj; then why is his picture not on currency notes of this country, asked Acharya Arya Jitendraji Maharaj agitatedly during a program held on the occasion of celebration of Shiva-Jayanti by ‘Shiva-Tej Mandal’ at Ganapati Peth.

‘Pujya’ Saddhvi Saraswati Deviji, a staunch ‘Hindutvavadi’, Brahmachari Agniji Maharaj, Dr. Rajarajeshwar Maharaj also addressed the participants. MLA Shri. Sudhir Gadgil, Shri. Hanmantrao Pawar, a member of BJP’s District Planning Committee and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.

Acharya Arya Jitendraji Maharaj said further,

1. Sangli is birth-place of Nathuram Godase and we should be proud about the same; but we are unable to take name of Nathuram for last 70 years although he was true patriot; isn’t it so unfortunate ?

2. Hindus will become minority in ten years if they remain indifferent.

3. Muslim women have to wear ‘burqa’. Why didn’t Trupti Desai stage agitation against discrimination shown to Muslim women ? Desai fighting only against Hindu Dharma, shows her fake concern.

4. Muslims are always leading in every illegal act from cow-slaughter to crimes.

5. Muslim women do not have even common rights; whereas woman is worshipped under Hindu Dharma which shows the greatness of Hindu Dharma.

‘Pujya’ Swadhvi Saraswati Deviji said….

1. Slogans are openly raised in this country nowadays about India’s further partition; we should therefore, give an apt reply to this.

2. Colour of fire is saffron and it constantly gives us inspiration. Shriram, Shrikrushna, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, all of them were born in India and not in any other country which shows the importance of Bharat. Similarly, Saints like Saint Tukaram, Saint Namdev, Saint Dnyaneshwar etc. were born in Maharashtra which shows extra-ordinary position of even Maharashtra; so no other State is said to be Maha- Rashtra.

3. Tax is levied on pilgrims going to Amarnath Yatra and Haj pilgrims are extended lot of facilities. How long are we going to tolerate injustice done to Hindus in this country where they are in majority?

4. There are 14 types of jihad existing today and out of them, love jihad and land jihad are most dangerous. At every railway station, you will see Muslims grabbing some part and erecting religious place in unauthorized manner.

5. Sisters need to be given swords on the occasion of ‘Raksha-bandhan’ these days. Women should also remember that they have to be like Gargi, Maitreyi and Rani Lakshmibai of Jhansi.

6. Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi is the only PM who took President of another country visiting India for ‘Ganga-aarti’. Shri. Modi is increasing respect of Indian culture.

Highlights

1. ‘Goumata-pujan’ was performed before starting the program; so also ‘pujan’ of Shiva Chhatrapati’s statue.

2. Fiery speeches given by ‘Pujya’ Sadhvi Saraswati Deviji and Acharya Arya Jitendraji Maharaj generated lot of enthusiasm amongst participants and they raised slogans by raising both hands; the whole area resonated with the sound. Many people felt that such fiery and intense Hindutva-speeches were heard after a long time since Shiv Sena –Chief (late) Balasaheb Thackeray. Many said that Acharya Arya Jitendraji Maharaj is a volcano of ‘Hindutva’.

3. Ganapati Peth area was crowded with people coming for the program. Presence of women was noticeable.

4. ‘Pujya’ Sadhvi Saraswati Deviji made participants take an oath for taking active part in protection of God, nation and Dharma.

5. ‘Pujya’ Sadhvi Saraswati Deviji and Acharya Arya Jitendraji Maharaj said that ‘Pujya’ Sambhajirao Bhide (Guruji) is an ideal for all and we should follow on the path shown by him.
