Karad : In a text book titled ‘Bharat ka Swatantrata Sangharsha’ of Delhi University, martyrs Bhagat Singh, Chandrashekhar Azad, Suryasen etc. have been referred to as terrorists. Revolutionaries, who sacrificed their life for freedom of this country, are being called as terrorists in free India and it is their unpardonable insult, stated Shri. Hemant Sonawane of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS).

Demonstrations were staged at Shahu Chowk under the aegis of ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan’ with the initiative of HJS. More than 60 activists from various pro-Hindu organizations like ‘Shri Shivapratishthan Hindustan’, ‘Hindu Ekata Andolan’, HJS and Sanatan Sanstha participated in the demonstrations.

Shri. Hemant Sonawane said further, “Cases are promptly filed only against people who insult Gandhi- Nehru families. Why such cases are not filed against those insulting revolutionaries such as martyr Bhagat Singh, Chandrashekhar Azad etc.?”

Only ‘Dharmapeetha’ has the right to decide about religious customs and traditions – Sou. Neela Desai

Hindus have been more liberal about equality of men and women and even worship women as Deities; therefore, accusations of women not allowed to enter Hindus’ temples, is wrong. Women entering temple-sanctum is a totally religious matter and only ‘Dharmapeetha’ has right to take decision on the same.
