Sangli : On 28th May, all patrons of Swatantryaveer Savarkar celebrated his 133rd birth anniversary in front of Vitthal Mandir, Maruti Chowk with lot of enthusiasm. Shri. Arun Dandekar, renowned industrialist garlanded the picture-frame of Swa. Savarkar. The program was organized with the initiative of Shri. Sharad Phadake of ‘Phadake Sneh-Mandal’. Shri. Dattatreya Retharekar of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Shri. Anil Ponkshe of ‘Chitpavan Sangh’, H.B.P. Shashikant Oak, Shri. Shankarrao Kale, Shri. Sachin Paranjape, Shri. Mukund Patwardhan, Shri. Balasaheb Potdar, Shri. Suhas Pawar, Shri. Kedar Athavale, Shri. Vinayak Kulkarni and many Savarkar – patrons attended the program.
