‘Situation in Kairana is frightening; will become another Kashmir, if measures not taken’

kairana_hinduShamli : The issue of mass exodus of Hindu families from Uttar Pradesh’s Kairana is growing bigger day-by-day.

Former Mumbai Police Commissioner and BJP MP from UP’s Baghpat, Satyapal Singh has made some explosive revelations.

Satyapal Singh says that he met many Hindu families whose names were not included in the list of Hindu 346 families that fled from Kairana leaving their properties behind after they were allegedly targeted and persecuted by another community.

“Those people whose names are not there in the list met me, they requested me that they don’t want to give their names due to fear as they were asked to stay silent else they will not be able to stay in Kairana,” Satyapal Singh claimed.

“Some even didn’t give me their phone numbers, because they feared for their lives due to threats,” Satyapal Singh said in his claims.

‘Kairana may become another Kashmir’

“The situation in Kairana is frightening, I think it will become another Kashmir, if government doesn’t take corrective measures very soon,” Satyapal Singh told Zee News.

BJP MP and former Union minister Hukum Singh had claimed that there was mass exodus of Hindu families from Kairana town over the past two years. He also produced a list of 346 Hindu families.
