Dissection of evil tendencies found in judicial process discussed during the session of advocates !
Vidyadhiraj Hall, Ramnathi (Goa) – “Section 19 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) is presently used for arriving at different verdicts depending upon individuals in similar cases. Shri. Kamalesh Tiwari has been behind bars for last 7 months for allegedly making statement hurting religious sentiments; at the same time, even though action was initiated against Azam Khan and Akbaruddin under the same section for hurting Hindus sentiments. Today, we have hopes to establish Hindu Rashtra by making necessary amendments in the Constitution; but few legal experts claim that the original framework of the Constitution cannot be changed; based on the verdict passed in the case of ‘Keshavananda Bharati’ despite the fact that out of 13 Judges, only one judge had drawn such inference; however, such points are concealed to keep Hindus in dark. Under judicial system of Hindu Rashtra, this kind of deception will be avoided and everyone will get same justice”, stated advocate Shri. Vishnushankar Jain of ‘Hindu Front for Justice’, from Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) while speaking in the session held on the topic of ‘Effective work required to be done for protection of Dharma in legal field and guidance.’ Spontaneous response was received from legal practitioners, for this session. The session began with advocate Convener Shri. Nilesh Sangolkar of ‘Hindu Vidhidnya Parishada (HVP)’ presenting report on successful activities undertaken by HVP during the past year.
