“After the genocide of Hindus from Kashmir in the year 1990, now Hindus from Kairana have been forced to flee their homes. Those who said that Kashmir-like situation cannot occur in other parts of the country must have now realised the threat posed by fanatics. Today, the Kashmir issue is a complicated issue for the Govt. Therefore, the first objective in our efforts for establishment of Hindu Rashtra should be the rehabilitation of Kashmiri Hindus. For that, we are going to organise protests all over the country on 27 December 2016. After that, if the Govt. fails to rehabilitate Kashmiri Hindus, then on 19 January 2017, a campaign will be launched where all Hindus of the country will be invited to stay in Kashmir.” These were the views expressed by Shri. Rahul Kaul, National Convener, Youth for Panun Kashmir, Pune. The attendees gave a very positive response to this appeal and assured to plan their direction of action in this regard. He was addressing the session on ‘Insecure situation of Hindus in various States’ during the 5th All-India Hindu Adhiveshan. During this session, a photo exhibition on the pitiable condition of Kashmiri Hindus was put up in the hall by Foundation Against Continous Terrorism (FACT).
Analysis of the deplorable condition of Kashmir made by Shri. Rahul Kaul
- The issue of rehabilitation of Kashmiri Hindus is something which can unite Hindus all over the country.
- BJP has formed an alliance with the separatist party ‘PDP’ in Kashmir. While forming the alliance, the PDP had said that, ‘We will take the decision on the rehabilitation of Kashmiri Hindus.’This is like giving power to the killers of Kashmiri Hindus.
- The main problem in this issue is that the Govt. here is not ready to accept the genocide of Hindus as ‘genocide’.
- Recently the Jammu-Kashmir Govt. declared its decision to rehabilitate displaced Kashmiri Hindus at 7 different places in the State. However, by sending Kashmiri Hindus to stay in those places is like pushing them into the hands of butchers.
- That is why, we are demanding a single homeland for all Kashmiri Hindus.
