Excerpts from the Speeches of Dignitaries

Mrs. Sangeetha Prabhu, Ranaragini

While speaking on the current situation of the women in society Mrs. Sangeetha Prabhu said, “Earlier the women had contributed and served Nation and Religion (Rashtra and Dharma) at par with men. Gargi, Maitreyi and AkkaMahadevi  all these courageous women had attained Sainthood and contributed equally as of men in protecting Nation and Religion. Nowadays we are not brave and courageous as Jhansi Rani Laxmibai. Thus the women are facing increasing atrocities everyday.” While talking on the solution for the situation Mrs Sangeetha appealed to ladies  to get Dharma Education (Dharma Shikshana) and enable themselves to protect Nation and Religion.

Mr. Ravindra Kamat, Dharma Shakti Sena

“Till now attacks on Nation and Religion were limited to thought level and subtle level but now they are attacking us physically.” Thus Mr. Ravindra Kamat urged the devout Hindus to participate actively in protection of Nation and Religion (Rashtra and Dharma)

Mr. Mohan Gowda, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

“In order to strengthen the Nation it is necessary that every citizen must have the pride for Nation. But on the contrary in the name of National Celebration many of the citizens end up causing irreverence to the National flag. It is even more painful that everybody else including Government is not bothered by this. Thus we need to create awareness in the citizens to respect and protect National Flag.”, said Mr. Mohan Gowda while talking about denigration of National flag.  He further added that Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha and Protest campaigns by Hindu Janajagruti Sabha are working on creating mass awareness about this.

H.H. Sree Sree Mohandas Mahaswamiji, ‘ShreeDham’, Manila

Rich Indian Traditions and Culture are being destroyed by Anti-Hindus. Our politicians are also supporting these Anti-Hindus. All religious organizations should unite against the issue of Terrorism and Religious Conversions. We should send the children to Veda Path Shala (Schoold of Teaching Vedas) instead of sending to convent school so that they don’t cultivate interest in Jesus and his teaching. It is our duty to ensure that grow up with rich Indian values and learn to love, respect and help each other rather than being selfish, rude and arrogant. He also praised Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Sanatan Sanstha’s mission in this regards.

Brahamaharshee Ravish Tantri Kuntaaru, Executive President of Kshetra Samrakshana Samiti

“Due to the influence of western culture it is very sad that today one feels ashamed to be called as Hindu. Now a days Government is targeting Hindu temples, taking over them and redirecting the donations collected to Pilgrimage of Muslims. Similarly, money donated at Shabarimalai temple is also given to Mekka Madina.”, said Brahamaharshee Ravish Tantri Kuntaaru while appealing the devout Hindus to resolve to unite to protect Nation and Religion.
