New Delhi : Media and academy have been teaching distorted history to Indians after independence. The wrong history drummed into Indians needs to be erased and Indians should study history of Europe to compare it with India. It will eliminate illusions created about India being a developing country or a country of snakes, stated Prof. Kusumlata Kedia, Director of ‘Dharmapal Shodh-peetha’ from Bhopal while addressing the two-day work-shop on ‘Europe: From Indian angle’.

The work-shop was organized by ‘Dharmapal Shodha-Peetha’, Bhopal and ‘Sabhyata Adhyayan Kendra’. The work-shop held at ‘Sevabharati’s office on Bhai Veersingh Road was attended by more than 40 participants. Prof. Rameshwarprasad Mishra of ‘Gandhi Vidya Sanstha’, Varanasi and ‘Pujya’ Dr. Charudatta Pingale, national Guide of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti shared the dais with her. The program was compeered by Shri. Ravishankar, Executive Editor of a periodical ‘Bharatiya Dharohar’.

Prof. Kusumlata Kedia said, “Every branch of Science was developed in ancient times in our country. We hear descriptions of how India had 7 places to attain liberation 5000 years ago. So, we can imagine how the cities must have been planned at that time. A comment made by a washer- man about Mata Seeta could immediately reach Bhagavan Shriram which shows that the Intelligence Department was also very alert and efficient at that time. We had 18 ‘Akshauhani’ army when other countries didn’t have even police machinery. It shows how we were always prepared for any kind of war. The roads were wide and there were hospitals and lodges everywhere. In many places, the roads have been referred to as ‘Uttar (North) Path’ or ‘Dakshin (South)’ Path’ etc. There were several ports to promote trade. We were also expert in literature, art and sciences. Such glorifying history should be taught to millions of youth in this country. It is a fight against untruth and we should be prepared for the same.”

Youth misled by teaching distorted history should be told true history as per science of knowledge ! – ‘Pujya’ Dr. Charudatta Pingale

‘Pujya’ Dr. Pingale said, “Today, distorted history is taught to youth and they are misled. We can win over such distorted history only with true history. The history learnt by us through Prof . Kedia is like a weapon of knowledge. This weapon will first dispel ignorance of our brethren and they will, in turn, dispel ignorance of other people. Today, each word of this knowledge has given us strength. There is description of States surrounded by 7 seas in Ramayana. We should try to establish such ‘Rama-Rajya’. Power of knowledge will play an important role in such efforts.”

Sanatan Sanstha is a big organization in this country like Yoga-rhushi’ Baba Ramdev ! – Prof. Rameshwar Mishra

Prof. Rameshwar Mishra introduced ‘Pujya’ Dr. Charudatta Pingale to the participants. He also gave information on Sanatan Sanstha. He said, “Sanatan Sanstha is a virtuous organization that creates superior seekers with divine consciousness and who are engrossed in spiritual practice. ‘Paratpar Guru’ Dr. Jayant Athavaleji is the founder of this organization.

‘Pujya’ Pingaleji is a spiritually evolved person, Saint and intense patriot. ‘Jayatu Jayatu Hindu Rashtram’ is the slogan of Sanatan. Such slogan gives an idea of activities of this organization. Like the ‘sanstha’ of Baba Ramdev, Sanatan Sanstha is also a big organization which can bring change in this country. The speciality of this organization is that it is leading in social, spiritual as well as cultural fields.
