Spontaneous response to HJS drive on maintaining honour of national flags

Amravati : Devout Hindus extended spontaneous response to the drive undertaken by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) for maintaining honour of national flags on the occasion of Independence Day. Awareness was created amongst people, due to which, used national flags were collected in honour-boxes. A traffic police picked up national flag thrown in a ‘nalla’ and sought pardon. Shri. Atul Khond of ‘Bhagava Waadal’ also created awareness after which a driver removed 15 national flags displayed on his vehicle. Activists from Shri. Khond’s organization joined the drive. Local ‘City News’ news channel did publicity of this drive.
