Karve (Karad, Maharashtra): The insecurity that one is feeling today, was not felt even during the British regime. The riots taking place during Sree Ganesh festival in Miraj, reminded one of the ‘Jalianwala Baug Massacre’. On 11th September, two towers in USA were attacked by terrorists and within two months, the countries to which the terrorists belonged were destroyed. One needs to give such fitting reply to terrorism only then one will be able to survive. Hindus are concerned only about their own families. They should unite for protection of Dharma. The above views were expressed by H. H. Shri. Sha. B. 108 Neelkanth Shivacharya Dhareshwar Maharaj from ‘Adimath Sansthan’ in Dharehwar in his address during the Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) .
Dr. (Miss) Nirmala Suryavanshi of ‘Ranaragini’ and Mr. Madan Sawant of HJS also addressed the ‘Sabha’. The ‘Sabha’ began at 7.15 p.m. by lighting lamp by Mr. Madan Sawant and was attended by about 1500 devout Hindus.
