Bangalore (Karnataka): Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) held a press conference on 11th March in which futile secularism of the journalists present there came to fore on the points raised regarding Nityanand Swami and cow-slaughter by Muslims.
A press conference was held at ‘Patrakar Bhavan’ in connection with the ‘Dhjarmajagruti Sabha’ organized by HJS at Kempegauda Grounds. Mr. Mohan Gauda and Mr. Suresh of HJS attended the conference. Two reporters raised a query that why did HJS not protest against Swami Nityanand. Mr. Mohan Gauda said that the investigations were on and in case the swamiji is found guilty, HJS will definitely protest; but it was not proper to assume and protest before the inquiry is over. The reporters asked that why was HJS waiting for completion of inquiry.
In the case of ‘love jihad’, HJS is active in creating awareness among Hindus without waiting for police inquiry; but it is apathetic where incidents concerning religious misconduct are taking place. Mr. Mohan Gauda said, “The same question can be put to you that why you don’t report several incidents of sexual exploitation of children by the Christian missionaries in churches? Why are you not prompt in such matters? ‘Love jihad’ is a fact and hundreds of Hindu young girls are falling prey to it. We are creating awareness among all Hindus while police inquiry is going on so that Hindu girls are protected.”
Two reporters, a man and a woman, were trying to interrupt when Shri Gauda was answering queries and they were talking loudly as if they were fighting with him. They were in no condition to listen to anything. Both of them left angrily before the question/ answer session got over.
Hindu-hatred of Muslims and fanatic Reporters !
Immediately after the press conference of HJS, a social organization also held a press conference at the same venue in connection with a particular community not getting facilities. In this conference, a Muslim member openly declared, “If somebody comes to us condemning cow-slaughter, we will kill a cow and eat beef right in front of him.” Surprisingly both the reporters who were making lot of noise in HJS’ press conference were kept mum on the issue. Only one lady Hindu reporter raised a question and opposed.
As HJS members came to know about it, they immediately registered their protest with a news channel against the Muslim organization for favouring cow-slaughter.
