On 23.10.2016, Sunday at Murdees Hotel Hall, Choolai, Chennai, Hindu leaders and members of around 27 Hindu organisations congregated to discuss and form a common banner under which all can unitedly work together.
Sou. Uma Ravichandran of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti lighted the lamp, followed by offering of shraddhanjali to the Hindu leaders murdered by jihadis and prayer. Sou. Uma Ravichandran explained the purpose of convention and the need of establishing Sanatan Dharma Rajya i.e. Hindu Rashtra. She told Hindu Rashtra will be established by the Hindu activists like us and not by any political party. She also explained qualities required while undertaking this divine mission and how defects like anger, jealousy, ego adversely affects unification activity.
Shri. Balasubramaniam, All India Hindu Mahasabha, Shri. Sridharan, Hanuman Sena, Shri.Arjun Sampath, Hindu Makkal Katchi chaired the program. Balasubramaniamji spoke about the conversion activities of Christians which is like slow poisoning. He also told the danger of increasing conversion to Islam and urged the leaders that there is no time to rest and we have to act fast.
Shri. Arjun Sampathji highlighted the fast Islamisation of Tamil Nadu. He told that the main Islamic organisations took birth in Coimbatore which were nurtured by the Dravidian parties. The act of issuing fatwa, which is not even in Kashmir is present in Tamilnadu. There is unholy coalition between the political parties, communists, naxalites, media, social media who use divide and rule policy to create rift amongst Hindu organisations.
Shri. Sridharanji stressed on the need of the hour for such co-ordinated efforts to help the hindu families affected by jihad. He told that Hindus should be alert in getting all the benefits from the Central and State Governments. There is a latest trend of ex IAS officers denigrating Hindu Deities and getting the cover of protection of their association. A writ petition should be filed to end all the perks, benefits enjoyed by them if they hurt the religious sentiment of Hindus.
In the afternoon session Sou. Suganthi Jaikumar of Sanatan Sanstha explained about the importance of doing spiritual practice (sadhana) while doing Dharma seva and how we can put it in practice in our daily routine.
The leaders of Go Raksha Dal, Akila Indhiya Sathya Sena (अखिल भारत सत्य सेना), Shivsena, Hindu Ilaignar Ezhuchi Peravai (हिंदू एलयंगार एळूची पेरवई), Hindu Dravida Kazhagam (हिंदू द्रविड कळघम), Hindu Ezhuchi Munnani (हिंदू एळूची मुन्नानी), TN Navanirman Sena, Bharath Sena, Hindu Sathya Sena shared their thoughts during the program.
The meeting was concluded by passing unanimous resolutions by all the Hindutwawadis regarding many Hindu issues and about the establishment of Hindu Rashtra in Bharat. Going forward to work on common agenda program a movement name was also decided as ‘Thamizhaga Hindu Parivar’ (तमिळ हिंदू परिवार). It was decided to meet periodically and come together during any agitations and protests.
Highlights
1. A dharmabhimani offered his place as working office for the same.
2. Shri. Prabhuji of Bharath Hindu Munnani, Sri Vasantha Kumarji of Akila Indhiya Sathya Sena and Sri Dunlop Kumarji of All India Hindu Mahasabha took the main initiative and responsibility to organize and made all the arrangements of this program.
3. One week prior to scheduled meeting date Shri. Prabhu & Shri. Vasant Kumar were arrested (3 days) for protesting against anti-Hindu ex-IAS officer’s derogatory comment on Lord Rama & hence meeting was almost postponed. However due to their strong desire all three worked unitedly and made well arrangements.
4. Shri. R D Prabhu, who had attended 4th All India Hindu Convention at Goa, has strong feeling that we should follow all such ideal things here. Accordingly he was seeing / attending participants individually, their food, stay for out station Hindutvawadis.
5. Few organisations / leaders, who generally doesn’t share the dais or attend common programs, were also present for this meeting.
6. From start to end of program police personnel, Special Intelligence wing officers were present.
7. Around 60 Hindutvawadis participated in the program.
