The idol of ‘Nandi’ damaged by Muslims at Haliyal (Karnataka)

[After Goa and Maharashtra, now the incidents of idolbreaking have started taking place in Karnataka. The pro-Hindu Organizations need to take initiative to stop this deliberate denigration of Hindus places of worship ]

Haliyal (Karnataka): On 29th March, the idol of ‘Nandi’ in Basaveshwar Temple, Madanhalli village in Haliyal Taluka was damaged by Muslims. (Mosques or churches are never attacked by Hindus in India but in the past as well as in the present, Muslims and Christians have attacked Hindu temples and doing so even now. This is the outcome of lack of unity and indifference of Hindus. When the mosque at Ayodhya constructed by destroying Sreeram Mandir was demolished by Hindus, Muslims attacked Hindus and are attacking them even now. But nowhere in the history, would one find any incident of Hindus replying to such attacks. The ‘jihadi’ mentality of Muslims is being encouraged by the so-called secular (unrighteous) Congress Government and therefore, it has been burgeoning. There is no alternative for Hindus to unite and protect the Nation and Dharma in a lawful manner to bring about a change in such situation ! – Editor SP)

In this attack on the idol of ‘Nandi’, its ears and a part of its head has been damaged. (If such thing would have happened in case of Muslim or Christian place of worship by Hindus being responsible for the same, it would have become not only national but international news for the media. But the incident has occurred in case of Hindus place of worship and that too by Muslims; therefore, it would be against the secular principles of the Government to publish such news. The anti-Hindu media has not published this news which should be noted by Hindus and boycott such anti-Hindu media ! – Editor SP)

The police were informed of the incident but the sub-inspector who visited the place of incident took no action against the Muslims. (This is an example to show that there is no difference in the police in a State governed either by BJP or by Congress. How can Hindus rely on such police? – Editor SP). The police inspector said, ‘God is everywhere; He will see to them.’ (Would the police have made such statement in case place of worship belonging to other religions had been desecrated? Only because Hindus are tolerant, police can make such comments ! – Editor SP)
