Adv. Tripathi asks DC to take action against Congress leaders from Varanasi

Kamaleshchandra Tripathi, a patriotic and devout advocate from Varanasi has made a demand with the District Collector for taking action against local Congress leaders involved in undertaking agitations which are illegal and can cause problem for security of the place. On 2nd November, Congress leaders Dr. Rajesh Mishra, Sitaram Kesari etc had forcibly held up a train at Manduadih railway station in Uttar Pradesh, causing inconvenience to passengers. Advocate Kamaleshchandra Tripathi lodged a complaint with the special District Superintendent of Police (DSP) against those leaders and demanded that cases should be filed against them. The special DSP has issued an order to the In-charge of Manduadih police station for taking necessary action on the complaint.

Earlier, an effigy of the Union Government was burnt at Rupapur Chowk; Mirzapur on behalf of the Congress Party and advocate Tripathi had submitted a representation to the special DSP for taking action against the concerned Congress leaders for creating administrative disorder. On that too, the special DSP has issued order to the In-charge of Mirzapur police station for taking necessary action.

Munnavar Rana, a poet and writer had said that the area of police station was a haunt of sellers selling drugs and illegal arms. Advocate Tripathi has demanded action against Rana for making such statement on which the DSP has asked the concerned police station to take action.
