Bhopal : Earlier, a disciple used to offer ‘Guru-dakshina’ to his Guru after completion of studies as a mark of gratitude but in today’s science- age, one has to give donation first and then get education. In the present education system, nothing is taught about our country and Dharma; therefore, we have no self-respect. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) imparts ‘Dharmashikshan’ to youth and awakens self-respect amongst them. Everyone must learn matters related to Dharma and abide by Dharma, advised Shri. Ramesh Shinde, the national spokesperson of HJS while addressing a meeting organized by ‘Dharmarakshan Sanghatana’ at Vajpayeenagar. Shri. Yogesh Vhanmare, State Coordinator of HJS for MP, Shri. Vinod Yadav, the President of ‘Dharmarakshan Sanghatana’ and Shri. Kedar Singh, a soldier from Indian army shared the dais with him. The program was attended by about 40 youth.

Shri. Shinde said that earlier there used to be just one doctor for any kind of ailment; but now, we have different doctors for every part of body and we say that science has progressed. If the same principle is applied to Hindu Dharma, we believe in 33 ‘koti’ i.e. 33 type of Deities. Every Deity has different function to perform. It shows that the system followed in Hindu Dharma is based on science.

Shri. Vinod Yadav, the President of ‘Dharmarakshan Sanghatana’ said, “We are connected to HJS through website and social media. I thank volunteers of HJS for coming to Bhopal for imparting ‘Dharmashikshan’. We shall seek guidance from HJS even in future.”

Highlights

1. Shri. Yogesh Vhanmare of HJS explained about various activities undertaken by HJS.

2. An exhibition of books published by Sanatan on different subjects was put up at the venue.

3. All members of HJS were felicitated on the occasion after the program, by presenting saffron robes.

4. The program started at the scheduled time. All activists followed discipline in every act. Everyone had kept their footwear neatly in one row. Everyone was sitting properly in one row.
