Ujjain : Ideal of Rama is not kept before children through our present education system. Earlier, our senior members in the family used to tell us stories from Ramayana; which created impressions on our mind of how the ideal behavior should be as shown by Rama, in any situation. In fact, family feuds are increasing since Ramayana is not taught these days. We will have to keep Ramayana as ideal before today’s youth once again so as to bring about change in the present situation, stated Shri. Ramesh Shinde, the national spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS), during a program held at ‘Purushottam Sagar Ghat’. The program was arranged by an organization called as ‘Saadar Vande’.
Shri. Shinde said, “Many problems are faced by Hindus; but every Hindu feels that what he would do alone ? Hindus should not think in such manner but all devout Hindus, ready to work for protection of Dharma, should come together like Prabhu Shriram who set up his own army, though in forest, for slaying Ravana instead of relying on his army at Ayodhya. Karunanidhi, the President of DMK Party in Tamil Nadu tried to demolish Shriram-setu by desecrating Shrirama; but Ramasetu still stands as it is whereas there is rift created in his own family; two real brothers are contesting against each other. We should note this. Hindus should have faith that we would acquire power with spiritual practice as every stone thrown in water with the name of Rama, floated over it; similarly, we shall be uplifted by taking the name of Shrirama.
