Chennai : Stress Management lecture held by HJS members at a School

On 25th November, for the welfare of students Valliammal Higher Matriculation School, Anna Nagar, Chennai invited Hindu Janajagruti Samiti for conducting stress management lecture. Around 130 students from 12th standard and 80 students from 10th standard took benefit of this work shop.

Sou. Suganthi Jaikumar & Shri. Shriram Luktuke of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti conducted this work shop in interactive way. Most of the students told they experience some or other sort of stress quiet often, but don’t knew the permanent solution for it. Importance of inculcating virtues & how to remove personality defect for leading stress free life was explained with the help of power point presentation. It was stressed that this will not only help in academic life but for entire life & in turn society.

After lecture students from 10th standard curiously asked doubts and got it clarified. Principal was happy with HJS efforts and also told we need such types of lectures for teaching staff as well. She said apart from academics personality development is more important.

Sou. Kalpana Balaje & Sou. Sudha Gopalkrishnan took initiative to make this work shop happen, as their duty (seva) towards nation & society.
