Chief priest of Vrundavan suspended from duty only for 3 days

Shri. Anand Goswami, the chief priest at the famous ‘Banke-Bihari’ temple in Vrundavan, caught in the controversy of dressing up Sree Krushna idol in modern attire of jeans and tee shirt and giving a mobile phone in His hand instead of flute, was suspended from work just for 3 days. The idol was dressed in such denigrating manner during the ‘Anand Mahotsava’. It was strongly condemned by devotees and Hindu organizations.
