Mumbai:Shri. S.G. Shevade, the renowned ‘Pravachankar’ said that the need of the hour is to find persons, who have immense faith in, have knowledge of Hindu religion and engage them in spreading the teachings of Hindu Dharma (Dharma-Prasar). He was speaking on the occasion of birth centenary program of H. Golwalkar Guruji of RSS. He criticized those who are trying to attack Hindu religion.
While discussing the present condition of Hindus, he said that if a gentleman is walking on the road and street dogs keep on barking at him, even bite him; but he remains calm. People who are watching him then say that he is so compassionate. Hindu religion is like that gentleman and we know its greatness. But we should hit those dogs and not just be bystanders.
We should proudly say that this is a Hindu nation. The program was attended by Smt. Savita Chakrawarty of Chinmaya Mission, Prof. Dr. Mohan Apate, astronomer and Dr. Sharad Hebalkar, the Secretary of Indian History Compilation Committee among others.
