Beed ( Maharashtra): Incompetence of the rulers and lifelessness of Hindus have resulted in increase in the attacks on Nation and Dharma. Hindus must inculcate in them respect and love towards their Nation and Dharma. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj defeated strong Muslims kings with the help of few men and established Hindvi Swaraj. Similarly, you too take it upon yourselves to protect this Hindu Nation. The above appeal was made by Prof. Rajendra Thakur from Uttur (Dist. Kolhapur) who is a great scholar of Shiva-charitra (biography of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj) and an orator. He was speaking in the Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) on the grounds of District Sports Complex. The ‘sabha’ was also addressed by Mr. Ramesh Shinde of HJS, Mr. Vinay Panwalkar of ‘Dharmashakti Sena’ and advocate, Miss Rhucha Bhise of ‘Ranaragini’ and was attended by about 3000 devout Hindus.
Mr. Vinay Panwalkar of ‘Dharmashakti Sena’ said, “Today, there is need for those who will live for protection of Dharma rather than those who are ready to die for Dharma.” Miss Bhise of ‘Ranaragini’ said, “In this Hindustan, Hindu women should not be weak but they should keep the ideals of Rani Lakshmibai, Rani Padmini, Rajmata Jijau before them and make themselves competent.”
