Sabarimala : Minister G Sudhakaran said that he does not agree to the idea of gender equality activist Trupti Desai visiting Sabarimala temple, where entry of women of a particular age group is prohibited.
The matter regarding women’s entry to Sabarimala is now under the consideration of the judiciary and therefore Trupti Desai should handle the issue legally, he said, adding her public statements and actions otherwise are a publicity stunt.
Speaking to mediapersons during his visit to Sannidhanam after Pampa Sangamam, he said the state government’s stance on the issue has already been stated.
