Republic Day celebrated as per ‘Tithi’ by Arunodaya Metal Industries at Pinguli

Pinguli : The Republic Day is celebrated on 26th January every year as per Christian calendar but festivals are celebrated as per Indian calendar according to ‘tithi’. Republic Day is a national festival; therefore, it should be celebrated as per the ‘tithi’ was the decision taken by Mssrs Arunodaya Metal Industries Pvt. Ltd from Pinguli, in Kudal taluka. This company has been celebrating Republic Day as per Indian almanac ‘tithi’ since past few years. Republic Day was thus celebrated on 4th February this year on ‘Magh Shukla Paksha Ashtami’ with flag-hoisting by Shri. Rajaram Padhye of Sanatan Sanstha. Shri. Rajendra Parab of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Shri. Rajan Samant, Shri. Rahul Samant, Directors of this company and its employees were present on the occasion. Shri. Padhye explained the present condition of nation and Dharma after flag-hoisting. He also said that morality was going down owing to lack of ‘Dharmashikshan’ and everyone should contribute towards preservation of social systems.
