Malad (Mumbai, Maharashtra): 8th July 1910 has been a golden moment in the history of Hindustan. On this very day, Swatantryaveer Savarkar had taken that historical leap at Marseilles. This leap was a ‘Gudhi’ raised by Hindustan for her freedom on the international platform. The people should insist and force the Government to construct a grand memorial at Marseilles so as to inspire all youth in the world to serve their country selflessly. This leap had been an inspiration for many revolutionaries who showed extraordinary bravery and it is due to their efforts; we are able to enjoy this freedom today. The above views were expressed by Mr. Arvind Kulkarni, a senior journalist and convener of Hindu Manavadhikar Manch (HMM). He was speaking in a program organized by HMM at Veer Savarkar Chowk, Liberty Garden, Malad (W) at 7.30 a.m.

The program was attended by devout Hindu members of VHP, RSS, HMM, HJS etc. Handbills published by HMM and HJS so also copies of ‘Dainik Sanatan Prabhat’ were distributed on the occasion.
