Representation submitted to District Collector at Nagpur !
Nagpur : A representation was submitted to the District Collector Rao on 9th March by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) under its drive demanding imposition of restrictions on doing untoward things on the occasion of Holi festival. Shri. Abhijit Polake and Shri. Atul Arvenla of HJS were present on the occasion.

Yeotmal : Police Thanedar, Tehasildar, dy. zonal officers from Ner, Vani and Yeotmal were submitted representations demanding preservation of sanctity of Holi festival; by preventing wrong things happening during celebration of Holi festival. HJS volunteers and devout Hindus submitted such representations.
Representations submitted to police and local administrations in Thane district for stopping wrongdoings in Holi festival
Thane : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) submitted representations to Dy. District Collector and Daighar police station on Kalyan- Sheel phata Road on 7th March with demand to stop wrongdoings during Holi festival. Shri. Balwant Pathak of HJS said while handing over representation to Dy. Collector Sou. Vandana Suryavanshi, “Holi is an auspicious festival; but many wrong things are observed in its celebrations such as people shouting and abusing others, making anti-Dharma appeal for donation of ‘puran-polis’ etc. Dy. Collector Sou. Suryavanshi read the representation and promised to give necessary instructions to police. She was also informed about the drives undertaken by HJS and about protection of Khadakvasala water reservoir. Shri. Ashish Devale, a devout Hindu and Sou. Savita Lele of HJS submitted the representation.
HJS drive is good ! – PI Katkar
Devout Hindus from ‘Shambhuraje Yuva Pratishthan’ of Bhandarli attending Dharmashikshan classes were present when the representation was submitted at Daighar to PI Katkar. He said that HJS drive was good.
Similar representation was submitted to Shantinagar police station at Bhiwandi for prevention of wrongdoings. PI Ravindra Shinde accepted the representation from devout Hindus viz. Shri. Lavesh Soma, Shri. Mahesh Akubattini, Shri. Ravi Maurya and Shri. Pankaj Gupta. Such representation was also submitted to Kalyan police station.
