HJS protest for distortion of Indian map: B & R Automation (India) renders unconditional apology

Mumbai: In the brochure published by B & R Automation (India) company to show its branches in various parts of the country, there was distortion of Indian map. In this map, a portion of Jammu and Kashmir was omitted and even Andaman?Nicobar Islands have not been included. This brochure of the company was being distributed at the exhibition. On getting information about the map, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) lodged a complaint with the Police Commissioner. Besides, it started a campaign on its website
www.hindujagruti.org to protest distortion of Indian map. Thereafter, within an hour, the company sent an apology letter and assured that the brochures with distorted Indian map will be withdrawn and the balance copies will be destroyed.

In the third ‘International Automation Exhibition 2006’, organized during 27th to 30th September at Goregaon (East) in Mumbai, B & R Automation (India) company manufacturing spare parts of computers, participated. In the brochure distributed by the company, Indin map was distorted. HJS started a campaign against the company and within an hour, the Managing director of the company sent an apology letter. Within 3 hours of HJS starting the campaign, 158 patriots had registered their protest. The Vice President of the Company immediately sent an apology letter through email.
