No action is taken against those insulting Prabhu Shriram ! – ‘Bharud-Prabodhankar’ Sou. Gargi Kale
Solapur : The Government doesn’t have right to decide what is to be offered to God. Imposing ban to carry coconuts in temples means the Government has no faith in its security agencies. Maulana Dehalavi has insulted Prabhu Shriram but no action is taken against such persons, stated Sou. Gargi Kale, ‘Bharud-Prabodhankar’ during demonstrations staged under the auspices of ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan (RHA)’ on 22nd March. A representation was submitted to District Collector Ajit Relekar after the demonstrations. Many devout Hindus including Shri. Satyanarayan Gurram, Shri. Ravi Gone, Shri. Lakshman Salunkhe, Shri. Shrinivas Ekaldevi, Shri. Satyanarayan Kanaki, Shri. Jeevan Saravade, Shri. Sandip Dhage, members of ‘Panchmukhi Hanuman Mandir Devasthan’, Gou-rakshaks viz. Shri. Sudhir Bahirvadekar, Shri. Virupaksha Birajdar, Shri. Mallinath Birajdar, Shri. Balraj Dantul, seekers of Sanatan Sanstha and volunteers of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) participated in demonstrations.
Demands made during demonstrations
1. Act imposing ban on conversions should be passed by the Government to prevent conversions.
2. Stringent action should be taken against maulana Dehalavi for creating communal hatred.
3. Election process should be made transparent.
