HJS activities in Odisha State creating extensive awareness among citizens

1. Submitting representation  

‘Representation was submitted to Tehasildar Smt. Jyotsnarani Sahu of Biramitrapur in Sundergadh District about prevention of abuse of national flags happening due to use of flags made of paper or plastic on the occasion of Republic Day, on 26th January. Shri. Jayaraj Thakur of ‘Hindu Sena’, Shri. Shriram Kane of Sanatan Sanstha and Shri. Prakash Malondkar of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti were present on the occasion. Smt. Sahu promised to do whatever possible at the Government level in this regard.

2. Awareness created towards preventing abuse of national flags in schools with the help of VCD

Representation on the above subject was submitted to Principals of 9 schools at Vedavyas, Kalunga, Kaurmunda, Birmitrapur, Lase-Kumzaria in Sundergadh District for creating awareness amongst students and society. The Principal of every school was shown a VCD made by HJS on stopping abuse of national flags when they promised to show the VCD to students in their schools and create awareness towards maintaining honour of national flags.

3. A lecture by HJS on ‘Nation and Dharma’ during ‘Yadnya’ organized by VHP at Rourkela, Odisha !

On 26th January, VHP had organized ‘Hanuman Chalisa- pathan (reading)’ and a ‘Yadnya (sacred fire)’. A meeting was held for representatives of pro-Hindu organizations from Rourkela area. I expressed views on the subject of ‘Nation and Dharma’ in this meeting which was attended by 400 people.’
