Baramati (Pune Dist.) : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) submitted representations to city police station’s senior Dy. Police Inspector (PI) Vijay Jadhav and Taluka Nayab Tehasildar Madhukar Thombare. PI Jadhav lauded HJS activities and promised to deploy patrolling squads to stop misconduct observed during celebration of the festivals. Sou. Rupali Chavan, Sou. Sangita Bhange, Sou. Prajakta Saganludkar, Sou. Alka Tupe, Sou. Gauri Joshi, Sou. Sarojini Jalkote, Sou. Shraddha Kapashikar of HJS were present on the occasion.
Phalatan (Dist. Satara) : Representations were submitted to Tehasildar Vijay Patil and assistant PI Somnath Lande. They promised HJS volunteers that necessary action would be taken in this regard. HJS volunteers viz. Shri. Ashish Kapase, Shri. Amol Saste, Shri. Sandip Kashid, Shri. Suraj Khadake, Shri. Uday Ozarde, Sou. Sudha Ghadage, Sou. Manisha Bobade and Smt. Doiphode were present on the occasion.
Nandurbar : District Collector promises to prevent wrong things happening during celebration of Holi festival
Nandurbar : Special attention will be paid to those involved in malpractices in the name of celebrating Holi and ‘Rangpanchami’, promised Dr. Mallinath Kalshetty, the District Collector to volunteers of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS). A representation was recently submitted by HJS to him at Nandurbar. Dr. Narendra Patil, Dr. Rajani Natavadkar, Bhavana Kadam, Jitendra Rajput and Mayur Chaudhary of HJS were present on the occasion. The District Collector took a note of the representation and promised to prevent misconduct, with the help of police. HJS volunteers went to his office for submitting the representation. They waited outside his cabin along with other people who also wanted to meet him; but when he came to know about HJS volunteers waiting to meet him, he immediately came out and listened to what they had to say; accepting the representation.
