‘Gudi-pujan’ at Shiva Temple in Faridabad (Haryana)

Faridabad (Haryana) : Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) celebrated ‘Gudi Padwa’ at Shiva Mandir located in Sainik Colony; with performing ‘puja’ of ‘Brahmha-dhvaj’ as per science. ‘Havan’ was also performed on the occasion. Shri. Suresh Munjal, the Coordinator of HJS explained the importance of New Year and Shri. Gulshan Kinger gave guidance on ‘Hindu Rashtra’. Chief of the temple committee and its other members were present on the occasion. An exhibition of books published by Sanatan Sanstha was held at the venue and ‘Dharmashikshan’ boards prepared by HJS were also displayed.

Highlights

Information was given about the ‘prasad’ made of ‘neem leaves’ on the occasion of Gudhi Padava as per science; then the participants took some ‘prasad’ even for their family members.
