Punish Yakub’s supporters for supporting terrorism

HJS demands stringent action against supporters of Yakub Memon

Mumbai : Few persons from this country and media tried to protect one anti-national during last whole week which is quite infuriating. Finally, the judicial system did not bow before these supporters of a traitor and Yakub was hanged.

The fire ignited by these people would not be extinguished soon and it has been realized that for the first time, people who appease minority for selfish interests, have created an opinion against our judicial system. The matter will take serious turn in future.

How will innocent citizens get justice if judges have to bow under pressure while punishing terrorists ?

It is therefore, necessary to declare all those people, supporting traitors, criticizing judicial system for protection of such traitors, as anti-nationals and to take action against them; by following the advice of Samartha Ramdas Swami to thrash traitors like dogs.

Take stringent action against terrorist Yakub Memon’s supporters

Respected Sir,

The traitor terrorist Yakub Memon, the mastermind behind the 1993-Mumbai serial bomb blasts that killed 257 innocent people was hanged on 30th July. In fact, that Yakub was hanged after 22 years is an injustice done to the victims of the serial bomb blasts. The sentence of death penalty culminated after the due legal process going through the court, High Court, Supreme Court and the President of India. At every stage the case was heard and then finalized. Despite this, the so-called social reformists and human rights activists wrote a letter directly to the President of India to cancel the sentence of a terrorist. For the same purpose, the doors of Supreme Court were knocked at 11 p.m. on 29th July. Attempts were made for cancellation of death sentence of a terrorist which is a gross mockery of democracy. It is unfortunate that India is the only country where a traitor gets so much protection through social, political, constitutional and religious forums. If terrorism is to be eradicated, such supporters of terrorists should feel scared of our judicial system.

Therefore, I demand that –

1. To prevent the appeasement of terrorists like Yakub permanently, a strong law should be enacted like in America that when the Supreme Court declares sentence to a terrorist and the President declines the mercy petition, no channel or meeting should be arranged for a debate on the issue.

2. Just as it is inappropriate to use religion in elections, the use of religion even after the elections by the people’s representatives should be declared as inappropriate and a stringent action should be taken against them.

3. The supporters of the traitor Yakub and those who criticize the judicial system should be declared as traitors and a stringent action should be taken against them.

Attempts are made for cancellation of death sentence of a terrorist; using legal and political ways is a mockery of democracy. In fact, Yakub was hanged after 22 years is an injustice done to those who got killed in the serial bomb blasts. It is so unfortunate that India is the only country where an anti-national gets so much protection through social, political, constitutional and religious forums. If terrorism is to be eradicated, such supporters of terrorists should feel scared of our judicial system; and the Supreme Court and Central Government need to take initiative in this matter.

    I commend the Modi Govt. for hanging this terrorist. However, I am surprised that the Maharashtra BJP Govt. allowed a procession to be taken out for this terrorist. It shows the weakness of the ruling BJP. It will take years for the BJP leaders to shed their fears of sickular media.

    finally the govt has takes steps to hang an antinational. People who support Yakub Memon should seriously be taught a lesson, this is not a cat and mouse game, what mentality such people have, who dont care about the 250+ innocent lives lost due to this terrorist? Yakub himself had come to terms with his hanging. The govt has to make serious laws like other countries to punish such criminal minded people.
