Protest: Sale of the gifts & apparels with Hindu Deities’ pictures

Phalgun Krushna Chaturdashi, Kaliyug Varsha 5112

Why we must stop such Denigration of Hindu Deities?

Appeal to devout Hindus

The ZEN Shop is selling the Gifts & Apparel with Hindu deities’ pictures and sacred chants on is website. Some of these pictures are very awkward and does not follow any spiritual science. People using them will not going to benefit and it will disturb the communal harmony.  All Hindus should make efforts to educate the mankind when these Gifts and Apparel are used by them. This is nothing but the Denigration of our Dharma. It is duty of all Hindus worldwide to protest lawfully against ZEN Shop, (affiliate of cafepress) to immediately remove these Gifts and apparel and it should render unconditional apology to all Hindus for hurting their religious sentiments. It should not repeat such mistake in the future.

Protest letter written by devout Hindu

To,
The Manager,
Cafepress Inc.
USA

This is to convey my strong protest against selling the Gifts and Clothes with Hindu deities’ pictures and Chants (Om) on them. These are considered very sacred and have lot of inner meaning. All these products with Hindu deities’ pictures and symbols are revered by billion Hindu populace with utmost faith, devotion and surrender attitude to experience the divine (God). We Hindus have great respect to these Sanskrit Chants. As per the scriptures (Dharma) anything considered sacred should follow certain norms some of them are below :
1. Should maintain Sanctity (Wearing them we visit Restrooms/Restaurants/ mix them with other dirty clothes)
2. Should not be ridiculed (Showing them on Mugs, Bottles, Bags, Clothes)
3. Should not be abused (These cloths in process of washing are twisted/tumbled/dried with hot air)

If anything considered as sacred treated in above manner is called Denigration of Dharma (Hinduism). No one will benefit from this and at same time it is sinful act. I sincerely request you to make a public apology and remove all products from the market. Make sure not to manufacture or sell these items in the future. This is not a letter from a single Hindu, but it voices the religious sentiments and feelings of millions of Hindus worldwide. Do the needful at the earliest.

I request you to please read this article by David Frawley (Pandit Vamadeva Shastri) at https://www.hindujagruti.org/news/534.html
Why one should maintain distance from sacred and non sacred art.
