Appeal to devout Hindus

In a PDF file published by Parmarth Niketan Ashram for March 2011 updates, it has been observed that priests in saffron attire are stepping and standing on the huge statue of Sri Shiva for offering garland to him. This is very wrong practice of offering garland to the deity and through such ignorant acts by highly revered Hindu Ashram staff further denigrate and degrade Hindu Dharma. All devout Hindus should protest lawfully against this denigration by Parmarth Niketan Ashram and we should try to make realization of their mistake. Also Hindus should ensure that such mistake will not happen in future.
